Buying Beer or Merchandise

How do I add items to my cart?

Super easy! Just open up your Untappd App for iOS or Android and hit "See All" under the Shop section or visit https://untappd.com/shop on the web. Browse to your heart's content, and when you find a beer you like, just click "Add to Cart."

What is the cost of shipping?

Flat rate shipping is applicable for up to 24 units of beer and varies based on your zip code and the items purchased. When your cart is full, proceed to check out to view your shipping rate. A separate flat shipping rate applies to merchandise.

What is the small order fee?

We do not require a minimum order value, but a "Small Order Fee" of $5 will be added to orders less than $35 to help recoup some of the fixed costs associated with picking, packing, and shipping your order.

What payment forms do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Can I see everything I have paid for?

You are able to see the items in your cart before you complete your payment. After purchasing your order, an email will be sent confirming the purchase.

Am I able to return or exchange a shirt, hat, glass, or other accessory?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please contact Half Time customer service at [email protected] for assistance.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you currently ship?

Check your zip code in the Untappd app to see if we can ship to your address.

How do you ship your products?

All shipments are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival and sent via either UPS or a local or regional carrier to ensure the contents arrive and can be signed for by an adult over the age of 21.

Can you ship to PO boxes, FPO, or APO boxes??

No, we can only ship to residential and business addresses.

Can you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we only ship in the U.S. and Netherlands.

Is there an adult signature required for delivery?

Yes, a signature of an adult that is 21 years of age or older is required. If an adult with proof of age is not available to sign for the package, the package will not be delivered.

What happens if my shipment arrives damaged, doesn't arrive at all, is incorrect or incomplete, or I need to change my shipping location?

Can I ship an order to a friend or family member?

Yes! Share the love of beer! The person receiving the beer order must live in a state where we can ship beer and have proof of age, 21+, to accept the delivery.

I missed my delivery! What should I do?

Your beer is being delivered by UPS. They will make multiple attempts to deliver. Create an account with UPS to track shipments and/or rearrange delivery.

How can I get notifications about new beers?

We frequently send out push notifications when new beers are released in the Shop. To receive notifications, make sure you check “Allow Notifications” in the Untappd App for iOS or Android.

You can always review the "Recently Added" section of the shop for new beer surprises!
