Einstein explored how curved surfaces like Earth’s outer crust or an orange peel can't be flattened without distortion — illustrating concepts in geometry and curvature. Our own experiment starts with a 2-row and wheat base and a Citra, Citra Lupomax, and Amarillo hop bill and is finished on freshly zested grapefruit. Grapefruit Peel Calculation bursts with bright citrus and fresh-squeezed orange with flavors of orange peel, lemon drop, and candied grapefruit with a touch of crisp, pithy zest all wrapped up in an incredible mouthful and a very approachable 6% ABV.
