The theory of tides is thought to be caused by the gravitational pull of the Moon and the Sun, combined with Earth’s rotation. These factors result in the moon’s gravity creating two tidal bulges, resulting in regular rising and falling of sea levels, creating an equilibrium of perfectly covered and uniform oceans. Theory of Tides (DIPA) rides the balance of motion and flavor with a dynamic hop bill featuring Nelson, Strata, Riwaka, and Eclipse, layered over a base of Citra Incognito in the whirlpool. Milky waves of bright citrus with plenty of clementine, ripe tropical fruit, mango shake, and dank grass ebb and flow across the palate in each sip with an escalating brightness from our EQ juice finish
