LOGAN SQUARE, CHICAGO

Walk into any bottle shop in Chicago, and you’re likely to be overwhelmed with choice. With so much great local beer out there, it’s tough to commit to that $15 six-pack without knowing if it’s your style. At The Hop Review, we’re advocates of sampling beer at every opportunity to figure out exactly what it is that gets your taste buds going. To that end, we’re excited to partner with Few Brews Beer Club for My Kind of Town Beer Tasting on Saturday May 14th.

Tickets are $20 and include the following:

  • Four 4 oz. beer samples
  • Two party beers (cheap stuff to get the conversation started)
  • Two full servings of your favorite beer we sampled
  • Food to snack on
  • And a FREE Koozie!

We’ll start by tasting and talking about four different Chicago beers and the neighborhoods they were brewed in. After the tasting portion of the event is over, you will be provided two tickets to enjoy full servings of your favorite beer from the sampling.

Please arrive on time. The tasting and discussion will start at 5:30 PM.

The fellas at Few Brews will be providing the beer, the venue, the tunes, and the company so that we can trade notes about what we like, what we don’t, and what we want to try next. Cheers!

Few Brews Beer Club started as two friends taking on a list of “100 Craft Beers Every Beer-Lover Should Drink.” One logo, several Kanye lyrics, and many, many beers later, it’s grown into a gathering where beer lovers can explore new styles, swap recommendations, and raise a glass or two to the craft.
