In celebration of FoBAB Week here in Chicago, join us for An Evening with Wood Cellar Director Lauren Woods Salazar of New Belgium at the Hopleaf with special guest hosts Michael Roper (Founder, Hopleaf), Chris Quinn (Founder, Beer Temple) & our very own Tom White (Cicerone, The Hop Review) from 7-10pm.
THURSDAY, 11/10, 7PM AT THE HOPLEAF
The night will consist of a conversation between our guest hosts and Lauren Woods Salazar, Imbibe’s “Beer Person of the Year,” discussing barrel-aging, sour production, the history of New Belgium’s wood program and her legacy. The live conversation will be live broadcast and recorded in partnership with The Beer Temple.

Special New Belgium beers will be tapped, including La Folie, Le Terroir, Love Cherry Oscar, Love Oscar (aged in Cab Barrels from Chateau Montelena) & Citradelic Tangerine IPA.

Tickets $35 which include a special Meet & Greet with Lauren Woods Salazar, access to the intimate conversation with food and beer. Must be 21+ to attend.
