FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will you be selling Designated Driver (DD) tickets?
Yes, we will sell DD tickets at the gate for $10 to anyone 21+. Anyone with a DD ticket will not be permitted to drink beer, though they’re welcome to enjoy the food trucks, tunes, coffee, and live art.
Can I get a refund?
Sorry, all ticket sales are final.
What happens if it rains?
The show goes on! Ultra Fresh takes place in late June so our fingers are firmly crossed for great weather. But rain or shine, we’ll be there, beer in hand.
How do I get there?
As with all beer events, we’d highly recommend public transportation. The ICNC is within walking distance of the CTA Ashland Green Line station, as well as the Damen, Ashland, Western, and Grand buses. It’s also a short ride share from downtown.
Is there parking?
Street parking is available though it is limited.
Can I bring my dog/baby/cat/ferret?
Sure, as long as they’re well behaved in crowds, they’re welcome to come. However, it will be crowded so consider their sanity and those around you before bringing them along.
Will there be food?
Yup, we’ll have a few of Chicago’s finest food trucks in attendance. The full food truck list will be announced before the event.
Will you announce the full beer list?
Yup, we’ll announce every beer you’ll be trying a little closer to the event.
