We’re thrilled and humbled to announce The Hop Review has been nominated for the SAVEUR Magazine Blog Awards 2016 for the second straight year! With over 30,000 nominations submitted, we’ve been selected as a finalist in the Best Drinks Coverage category, alongside some very worthy competition–78 finalists in 13 distinctive categories.
The fourth year of The Hop Review has been our busiest yet. Since our last nomination just over a year ago, we’ve interviewed 43 of the industry’s movers and shakers. We’ve hosted four events including our successful Ultra Fresh Brews event during Chicago Craft Beer Week. And we’ve published dozens of supplemental features such as DETOURS, The Hop Reviews, Beer & Branding, Hoplinks, and the popular Comprehensive Brewery List of Chicago(land).
