Paul is a New York-based writer on beer and culture, sometimes together sometimes separately. His work has appeared recently in
SR-Mag and
Brew Studs. Even as he slips resignedly into the warm bath of adulthood, Paul nonetheless finds time for experimental cooking, classic cinema, football and theatre. An occasional playwright, his plays have been performed both online and on stage, in New York and beyond.
