Established in 2008, Colorado’s Aspen Brewing Company is often producing new beers for their lineup, including many seasonal offerings. All are brewed under the mantra, “Make World-class Beer, Downstream from Nobody,” and claim to do so with “a passion for craft beer and the mountain lifestyle.” This is all evident in their brand and packaging, which put that ethos front and center.
Designed by Minnesota-based artist, Jeremy Elder, the identity draws from plenty of locally themed items for the graphics: mountain passes, mining carts, skiers. The new canned packaging allows for the flexibility of easy updates between beers, while establishing a more congruent look.
It may not be winter when you drink one, but Aspen Brewing’s offerings aim to remind you of a place of cooler temps and more mountain-y views.
